It’s not always about training harder but training smarter. When it comes to fitness coaching, I want everyone to be comfortable, have fun and get results.
Where can we Exercise?
Incorporating fitness into your day can be a challenge, and making it to the gym isn’t always feasible. With that said, I can provide you with a variety of fitness options.
At Home
Homes (living room, den, basement, backyard, etc)
Outdoors
Parks are a great place to get your much needed outdoor time while working out. Bring your pet too!
Hotels
Any gym small or large can be accommodated.
Condo
In your condo or at your condo gym
Company Gym
Does your job provide a workout space. I’ll come to you!
Video Conferencing
Let’s Skype or Facetime and continue your workout while you are traveling.
Your Favourite Gym
Let’s run there to warm up!
